Salgard Liquid is a powerful acid-based feed and water treatment designed to support feed hygiene, digestive health, and overall bird performance. Suitable for poultry, waterfowl, pigeons, and other livestock, Salgard helps control unwanted bacterial and mould growth in feed and drinking water while promoting a healthy gut environment.

Formulated with Formic Acid (1K236) and a blend of organic acids with proven antimicrobial properties, Salgard assists in reducing harmful microorganisms including Salmonella, E. coli, Campylobacter, and other gram-negative bacteria. By improving feed and water hygiene, Salgard supports bird health, nutrient utilisation, and performance year-round.

Directions for Use

Feed & Feed Ingredients
1–8 L per tonne of feed
(1–8 ml per kg of feed)

Drinking Water
1–2 L per 1000 L of water
(1–2 ml per litre of water)

Fogging & Spraying
Dilute 1:4 with clean water

For best results, use continuously and mix thoroughly before use.

Storage & Safety

Contains volatile fatty acids. Do not use in conjunction with other strong acids or alkalis.

Store tightly sealed after opening in a cool, dry place away from heat and moisture to maintain product quality and longevity.
